Milled from dehydrated red and white onions. Uniform mesh, low moisture, and full-bodied aroma — ideal for seasoning blends, snacks, soups, and marinades.

Each lot is washed, blanched and optically sorted to remove any off-colour or under-ripe pieces before dehydration.

Low-temperature drying
Solar-assisted, hot-air tunnel drying preserves colour, aroma and nutrients. No sulphites, no artificial colours.

Stone-milled to mesh
We mill in small batches to your requested mesh — from coarse granules to fine flour — under strict moisture control.

Lab-tested & sealed
Every batch is tested for moisture, microbial load and colour. Packaged in food-grade, export-ready formats.
